• Homemade Borscht: Savour the rich flavours of this Ukrainian classic, lovingly prepared by Olena Nizalova and our team of Ukrainian women in the community. 🥄
• Holubtsi (Meat-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls): Experience the deliciousness of Ukrainian-style stuffed cabbage rolls. 🥬
• Ukrainian-Style Sauerkraut or Vinegret: Enjoy the flavours of sauerkraut or a hearty winter vegetable salad. 🥦
• Uzvar: Sip on uzvar, a delightful drink made from dried fruits, served cold or hot. ☕
• Nalysnyky: Treat yourself to nalysnyky, Ukrainian-style crepes with various fillings, baked in a special sauce. 🍓

• Petrikivka Art Masterclass: Discover the beauty of Ukrainian art with our Petrikivka Art masterclass. Decorate your own Christmas card (suggested donation £3). Unleash your creativity and take home your masterpiece! 🎨
• Tote Bag Decoration Ukrainian Way (£5 per bag): Customise your own tote bag with beautiful Ukrainian ornaments the traditional way. Express your creativity and take home a unique souvenir!

🎁 Raffle Prizes: Our trustees have curated amazing prizes for the raffle. Get a chance to win these fantastic gifts. 🎉

• 🍰 Special Occasion Cake: Win a certificate for a special occasion cake from one of the Ukrainian masters (valid for 3 months). 🎂
• 🥟 2 Kilograms of Frozen Varenyky: Take home 2 kilograms of Ukrainian dumplings. Just boil them for 5-10 minutes, and you have a great dish ready. 🍽️

But the best part? All proceeds from this Borscht Party go towards supporting four essential projects:

• 📖Books for Brave Kids: Bring your favourite story to share the joy with brave kids in Ukraine. We’re collecting books in English to send to school libraries in Ukraine and providing donations to buy books in Ukrainian for schools welcoming internally displaced children.
• 🪥Healthy Smiles for Christmas: No more toothache for children and women in City of Kindness (Misto Dobra) – a place where those who lost their homes because of war or domestic violence found shelter, care, and new life.
• 🇺🇦Support for C4U Activities: Contributions will help sustain our ongoing initiatives and activities.
