Canterbury for Ukraine Announces Memorial Concert for
Young Cancer Victim
Canterbury for Ukraine, in collaboration with The Alexandra Ghosh Memorial Foundation, is pleased to announce “I Hear Your Voice: A Concert for Sasha” — a special evening of music, remembrance, and charitable support.
The event will take place on Saturday, 5th July 2025, from 6pm to 8pm at The Great Hall, Kent College, Canterbury.
This concert honours the memory of Alexandra “Sasha” Ghosh, a courageous young Ukrainian girl who battled cancer with remarkable strength before sadly passing away. The evening serves as both a tribute to Sasha and a dedication to all children currently fighting this devastating illness, as well as those who have lost their battle.
The programme features an inspiring selection of musical performances by talented artists, including the C4U Ladies Choir, Arin G, Rebecca Stroud, Isaac Parker, On Yellow and Blue, and other special guests, all united in memory and hope.
All proceeds from the concert will be donated to Tabletochki, Ukraine’s leading childhood cancer charity, to provide vital support for Ukrainian children battling cancer.
The event aims to raise both awareness and essential funds for children suffering from this terrible disease whilst celebrating the memory of those we have lost.
